Get up to $150 off your CFO fees!

Here’s how –
CFO is awarding Discount Vouchers for room & board fees to people who have never attended CFO before. To qualify for a Discount Voucher, please complete the Voucher application form and either email it, fax it or mail it to us, at least 3 weeks prior to the retreat you wish to attend. We will respond to you upon receiving your application.

OVERVIEW
Complete the Voucher Application  and return it to us at least 3 weeks prior to the beginning of the retreat. We’ll notify you within 1 week of your status. If you have not heard from us within a week of submitting your application, please to be sure we’ve received it.

How to Apply
1. Download the Voucher Application for Dublon Bequest (Word document).
2. Fill out the form using Word; or print the application and complete it by hand.
3. If completing online -- save the document, then email it to us:

The Value
Not to exceed $150 off per adult* for room & board fees for retreats of 4 nights or more
Not to exceed $75 off per adult* for room & board fees for retreats of 2-3 nights

The Terms
*Limited to 2 adults per address (18 years or older)
First-come, first-serve basis. See below for more information.

Who is eligible?
Adults over 18 years of age who have never attend a CFO event before. Limit 2 vouchers per address.

How do I apply?
Vouchers will be awarded based on receipt of application either via email, fax or traditional mail. The number of available Vouchers is limited. They are available through the income generated from a charitable bequest.

Is there a fee to apply?
No, there is no cost to apply. However, the vouchers will not cover the entire cost of the retreat. You will be responsible for the remaining registration and retreat fees.

When and how will I find out if I’ve been given a voucher?
After we have received your application, we will review it and respond to you within 1 week as to the status of your request.
